The Dossier

Research Notes

KLOW extends the three-peptide GLOW stack with a fourth reference — KPV — pairing GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 with the anti-inflammatory alpha-MSH fragment. Like GLOW it appears as a pale-blue lyophilized powder, the tint owed to its copper-tripeptide component.

It is studied for the combined signaling profile of its constituents, offering a consolidated reference for comparative laboratory work.

Research Focus

  • Inflammatory-bowel and colitis models
  • Wound-healing and skin research
  • Connective-tissue recovery models
  • NF-κB / cytokine-pathway studies
  • Antioxidant-defense research

Mechanism

The four peptides distribute across complementary compartments: GHK-Cu as a copper-delivery vehicle and gene modulator; BPC-157 through VEGFR2-associated angiogenic signaling; TB-500 through actin-sequestration and cytoskeletal remodeling; and KPV as a distinguishing anti-inflammatory layer.

KPV is characterized as entering cells via the PepT1 transporter and blocking nuclear translocation of NF-κB — an axis reported to be active at low concentrations across the single-agent literature.

Storage & Handling

Store the lyophilized blend at −20°C for extended stability. Reconstituted solution is held at 2–8°C and used within one to two weeks; avoid freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light and moisture.
