When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, and shipping address. When you join a waitlist we collect your email address. That is the extent of it.

Card payments are handled by our third-party billing partner on their own secure pages — your card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it. Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App payments occur entirely inside those applications.

To fulfill your order: confirmation, payment instructions, shipping notification, and tracking. To respond when you contact us. To maintain the records that commerce and payment regulations require us to keep.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every such message includes a working way to opt out.

Order information is shared only with the parties needed to complete your order: our billing partner (payment amount and contact details — never product information beyond an order reference), our fulfillment operation, and shipping carriers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.

The site uses only functional storage — your cart, kept in your own browser. We run no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics on this site today. If that changes, this policy will change first.

Order records are retained as long as commerce and tax law require. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
