Terms of Sale

Every product sold by The Source is a research chemical supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use. Nothing we sell is a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement. Nothing we sell is for human or veterinary use of any kind, and no statement on this site is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic effect.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization, and that products will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes. We refuse and refund any order where we believe these conditions are not met.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Orders are accepted when payment is received. Card payments are processed by our third-party billing partner on their own secure checkout — your statement will reflect our billing partner's descriptor. Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App orders are held for up to 48 hours awaiting payment and are cancelled if payment does not arrive.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for suspected resale misrepresentation or attestation failure.

Orders ship from the United States within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, with tracking sent by email. Complimentary U.S. shipping applies to orders over $200. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; however, see our replacement policy below — we stand behind every shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments: contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will replace the shipment or refund it in full — your choice. Photographs of damaged items help us resolve claims same-day.

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. For quality-control reasons, opened research compounds cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of a verified product defect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. To start any claim, email admin@thesource.gold with your order number.

Products are provided for research purposes as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any consequence of use contrary to these terms.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of research materials, including compliance with all regulations applicable to their institution and jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stands. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
